Kencana Indah Plastik Indonesia, hereinafter referred to as "KIPI", established in Semarang city, based on Deed no. 24 dated on May 14, 2002 made by Mrs. Elly Ninaningsih, SH. a notary public in Semarang city. The statute of KIPI has officially approved by the Ministry of Justice of Republic of Indonesia with the decision No. C-11496 HT.01.01 year 2002, on June 26, 2002 and announced in the Addition of Official state report of Republic of Indonesia on the date of 21/3/2003 No.23.  KIPI has registered in the Company List with Company Registration (TDP) No.11.011.51.04507.

KIPI moves in the field of (1) producing assorted goods from plastic, textile, rubber for promotion media and (2) printing design on PVC sheets and other, textile, and so on.

Its philosophy is Best Service to Customers supported by Excellent Quality of our products. Good management system and supported by developing Plan – Do – Check – Action (PDCA) cycle continuously and perform Continuous Improvement to achieve the best result.
